What is included in the monthly rent?

Rent includes free WiFi, water, and access to the ample parking. Electricity uses a prepaid token you top up based on usage. No hidden fees.

What is the minimum rental duration?

Minimum stay is 3 months from check-in. Leaving before 3 months means the deposit is forfeited.

How do the deposit and first payment work?

At registration you pay a deposit + one month's rent. Pay by transfer to Bank Mandiri 1330033079773 (a/n Anak Agung Ngurah Dimas Baskara), then send the receipt to the manager's WhatsApp.

How does the electricity work?

Electricity is prepaid via tokens. You top up as needed, so you only pay for what you use.
