Privacy Policy

Effective from 1 May 2025. We respect the privacy of prospective tenants and site visitors, and we intentionally designed this website to collect as little data as possible.

Quick summary: This website stores no personal data on a server. There are no accounts and no tenant database on the site. When you tap a button or fill in the form, the conversation moves straight to the manager's WhatsApp. Documents such as ID cards and transfer proofs are only collected offline by the manager during registration. We do not sell your data.

1. Data on this website

The Wisma Bludru website is a static company-profile site. It has no database, user accounts, or forms that save data to our server. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not store your name, number, or email behind the scenes.

The contact form on this site simply helps you compose a message: what you type is assembled into a single message and opened directly in your WhatsApp app. You are the one who presses "send" in WhatsApp. The only place your conversation is stored is in your own WhatsApp chat and the manager's WhatsApp, not on the website.

The hosting server may record standard technical metadata (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostics. These logs are temporary and we do not link them to your personal identity.

2. ID & transfer proof (collected offline)

When you formally register as a tenant, the manager will ask for a few documents. These are collected offline / directly by the manager (in person or via WhatsApp), not uploaded to this website:

  • A photocopy/photo of your ID (KTP) (while showing the original), to verify the tenant's identity and meet local resident-registration requirements.
  • The registration form with your details, workplace, and an emergency contact.
  • Transfer proof for the deposit and rent, which you send to the manager's WhatsApp as payment confirmation.

These documents are kept by the manager for rental administration and resident reporting, never published or uploaded to any public site. The document requirements are detailed in the Terms & Conditions.

3. How data is used

The data you provide is used only for the following, nothing more:

  1. Replying to your questions via WhatsApp.
  2. Arranging a site tour or check-in schedule.
  3. Processing rental registration and confirming payment.
  4. Meeting local resident-registration obligations (neighbourhood RT/RW & village office).

We do not use your data for retargeting ads, mass marketing, or sale to any third party.

4. Cookies, analytics & consent

This site stores simple preferences on your device (such as your light/dark theme and language choice) using your browser's local storage. These are not sent to a server and are not used to track you.

If analytics is enabled, we only use aggregate visit measurement to understand which pages are useful. Any analytics/pixel scripts (e.g. Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) run only with consent, and the events we send are anonymous interactions such as a WhatsApp-button click, with no message content, name, or number.

The Google Maps embed on the Location and Contact pages loads resources from Google that may record your IP address; this is beyond our control and subject to Google's privacy policy.

5. Third parties

Third-party services connected to this site:

  • WhatsApp (Meta), the main communication channel. When you start a chat, the message goes to the manager's WhatsApp. WhatsApp use is subject to Meta's policy.
  • Google Maps, to display the location map.
  • Hosting & analytics providers, to serve the site and, when enabled, measure visits in aggregate.
  • Local authorities/neighbourhood, new-resident reporting under population-registration rules, or a lawful official request from authorities.

We never sell, rent, or trade your data for commercial purposes.

6. Storage & security

Because the website stores no personal data, there is no tenant database that could leak from the site. Offline documents (ID, form, transfer proof) are held only by the manager for rental administration, with access limited to the owner/manager.

Tenant documents are kept for the duration of the lease and a reasonable period afterwards for administration, then destroyed. All transmissions on this site use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

In the spirit of Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), you have the right to:

  • Access, request information on the data we hold about you.
  • Correction, fix inaccurate data.
  • Erasure, request deletion of your data (except what law requires us to keep).
  • Withdraw consent, opt out of non-essential communication at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in regulations or our practices. The latest version is always on this page with an updated "effective from" date.
