Wisma Bludru grew from a classic boarding house into brand-new, apartment-class modular units in Ubung, North Denpasar, managed directly by its owner, for a home that's genuinely move-in ready.
Our Story
Wisma Bludru sits on Jl. Pidada III No. 6x, Ubung, North Denpasar, a strategic area close to hospitals, campuses, and shopping centres. Starting as a boarding house with spacious Standard rooms and an in-room mini-kitchen, we answered students' and employees' need for a comfortable, hassle-free home.
As demand grew, we built brand-new Deluxe modular units (rooms 11–16), apartment-class rooms with a 32" Android TV, Netflix, and a full en-suite bathroom. It's this clean, modern design that made Wisma Bludru go viral and become one of Ubung's favourite kos.
What hasn't changed: Wisma Bludru is managed directly by its owner. From registration to daily needs, everything is handled personally via WhatsApp, fast, clear, and with no middlemen.
