Costs & Terms
No admin fees, no booking fees, no surprises later. Here are the full payment details and rental terms at Wisma Bludru.
At registration you pay a deposit (1 month) + the first month's rent. The deposit is refunded when you leave, less any damages/arrears.
Minimum stay is 3 months from check-in. If you leave before 3 months, the deposit is forfeited.
Electricity uses a prepaid token you top up based on usage, you only pay for what you use. WiFi & water are already included in the rent.
Pay by transfer to Mandiri 1330033079773 (a/n Anak Agung Ngurah Dimas Baskara), then send the receipt to the manager's WhatsApp. We'll secure the room right away.
Check-in is 14:00–21:00 and check-out is by 14:00. Overstaying incurs a fee of Rp20,000/hour or Rp250,000/day.
No middlemen, no hidden admin fees. A KTP photocopy is required at registration. Full house rules are on the Terms & Conditions page.
